Your team works from our offices, under our supervision. It’s up to the client to decide how much management help they need from us. We can provide basic management, where we only monitor attendance. We can also provide a fully managed solution, where we managed the KPIs of each team member, and the team as a whole.
We employ hard-workers, with positive attitudes, who are looking for a stable career. We typically receive 50-100 resumes per job vacancy. Once hired, we will administer pay and benefits twice a month, in strict accordance with Local labor law:
Candidates take an exhaustive battery of tests that measure their cognitive abilities, English skills, and personality characteristics, which results in us hiring people who are the best match for you. The client is also encouraged to personally interview all short-listed candidates, and then make the final decision. Final interviews usually take place using Skype, or another video solution.

We will work hard to get your team members trained and onboard as quickly as possible. In some cases the client comes to visit our offices, and trains their staff in person. With most of our clients, their staff can be trained in people can get up to speed in a few weeks, if not sooner. Once you’re happy with your team’s performance on these first processes, we can begin discussing our next project together.
We encourage video training whenever possible, and using the train-the trainer model, wherein a POC at the Client’s company trains their team members, and at the same time, teaches them to teach others.
Training time depends on the complexity tasks, size of team, and the overall scope of work. It also depends on the quality of the client’s training materials. Are they an established company with great training, or a startup starting from scratch?
Clients enjoy peace of mind, making one low monthly payment. We’ll invoice you from our local office, so no need to send money overseas. Every deal is bespoke, but the standard terms and conditions in our Services Agreement usually include:
It depends on the role, but most of our Specialists go for around $1,600 – 2,600 USD/month – all in. Depending on their skills and experience, it could be more, it could be less. The Advance Payment covers the first and last months of the service. Once the the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work (MSA/SOW) are signed, and the Advance Payment is paid, we begin recruitment for your team, which usually takes 2-3 weeks.
